Tufts Tools
Tufts Tools includes online self-service options that allow you to:- change your Tufts password
- recover your Tufts password
- forward your Tufts email to a different email account
- get help with your Tufts Username (UTLN)
Frontline Support Providers (FSP)
Your Frontline Support Provider should be the first person you consult if you need technical assistance. Use the FSP Lookup list, located below, to find the name and contact information for the FSP assigned to your department. for more information.
Student Customer Support Center
Available services:- Network connectivity troubleshooting (we do room calls)
- Over-the-phone troubleshooting for basic computer questions or problems
- Walk-in service available for laptops
- Virus checks and removals
- Data backup
- Setup for the wireless network at Tufts
The Technology Support Center is located on the Medford campus in the Arena Computing Annex (between Pearson and South halls).
