Occasionally, a service is unique to a particular group, department or function, but Internet access, telephone , data network access and infrastructure, the Spark suite of collaboration tools, email, Trunk LMS, conferencing tools, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Qualtrics survey tool, and the acquisition and installation of supported software are all University-wide technology services provided by UIT.
