The guide details the administrative tools available to Tufts Trumpeter Administrators. Administrators can set up or disable email accounts, change forwarding addresses, reset passwords, and perform other standard functions. Trumpeter administrators typically are authorized for specific groups of students based on Academic Unit and College, or faculty and staff by departments. Certain administrators in the support organizations have additional privileges, like the ability to increase email storage quotas or authorize administrative privileges. To view the administrator tools, you must first login to the Trumpeter Email Services homepage. Administrators will note that the Find a user tool is the default interface.
