To configure your email to respond with a vacation notice:
- After logging in to Trumpeter Email Services. click configure vacation notice button. Your screen should look similar to this:

- Click the down-arrow in the Send vacation message in response to inbound mail? line. Change the response to yes.

- Enter your return date (end of vacation, resumption of work) in the Automatically discontinue vacation notices on this date: box.

- Enter a subject for a response to e-mails that are sent while you are away in the Subject: box (default is "Out of the office").

- Enter the message you would like senders to receive in the box below the Subject: box.

- Click Update Vacation Settings. A screen will appear noting that it may take up to 30 minutes for the automatic reply to take effect.
To disable the Out of Office notice before the date entered in the Automatically discontinue vacation notices on this date: box:
- After logging in to Trumpeter Email Services, click the configure vacation message button.
- Click the down-arrow in the Send vacation message in response to inbound mail? line. Change the response to no.

- Click Update Vacation Settings. A screen will appear noting that it may take up to 30 minutes for the automatic reply to take effect.
