Changing Your Password
For security purposes, it is good practice to change your Trumpeter password on a regular basis.
To change your email password:
- After logging in to Trumpeter Email Services. click click change password.

- The following screen will appear:

- Enter the password you would like to have.
Note: If the new password does not meet Tufts secure password standards (see Password Tips for more information on Tufts password standards), the password will be rejected.

Click Change Password.
You should see notification that "Your Trumpeter password has been reset".
To return to the main Trumpeter Email Services page, click Manage your account on the Email Services navigation bar.

You can now create and store a security question that will allow you to reset your email password, in the event you've forgetten it, without the assistance of IT Support. Click below to view or download the instructions.
If you have forgotten your Trumpeter password and have not created your security question, you must contact your FSP or local support organization to reset it for you.
