Student P: Drives

As a result of a collaboration between ITS and UIT, students in Arts & Sciences, Engineering, and Fletcher enjoy the advantages associated with access to the Tufts Local Area Network (LAN). P: (personal) drives for students include 300 MB of online storage. Storing your data on your P: drive, instead of your hard drive, includes the following benefits:

  • Nightly backup of all data located on the P: drive

  • Your P: drive data is accessible from public computers on campus

  • P: drive data can be printed from public computers located on campus

  • You can restore lost data without calling technical support

  • Privacy and security – only you can access your P: drive

Support for student network issues is available through the ITS Helpdesk.
