Enterprise Applications
As UIT’s Director of Enterprise Applications, Mark leads the teams responsible for the enhancement and support of enterprise level administrative systems at Tufts. Among the systems his group is responsible for are PeopleSoft ERP Finance and HR, Sungard Advance, Tufts Student Information System, Oracle Data Warehouse, and Emergency Messaging. Enterprise Applications also provides custom application development services and operates the main IT Help Desk for the University.
Mark received his Bachelor’s degree from Western New England College for Business and has spent his entire professional career working in higher education. The first 13 years were devoted to working in a research laboratory and administration before spending the last 15 years in various management positions within central administration both at MIT and Tufts. Mark is a member of EDUCAUSE and NERCOMP and enjoys the outdoors and sporting activities.
