The mission of all members of Enterprise Applications is to support and enhance the efforts of the University in teaching, learning and research. Enterprise Applications is comprised of Client Service professionals, experienced in web/application development and support, database administration, project management, Client/Server and mainframe legacy systems management, and administration.
Partnering with UIT's Computer Operations, NOC, USG, LAN, and UIT Support Services groups, the Enterprise Applications team works to integrate Administrative applications into the overall technical architecture of the university. They're responsible for the University's core business applications, including the following:
- Human Resources
- Financials
- Student Information Systems
- University Advancement Systems
- Distributed Applications
- Enterprise Data Warehouse
