UIT Educational & Scholarly Technology Services (ESTS) offers faculty various design and development services related to the use of academic technologies. These services include individual assistance and consultation from skilled staff in the areas of instructional design, interactive media design, graphic design and project development and management.
Besides individual consultations, UIT Educational & Scholarly Technology Services (ESTS) provides expertise in framing projects within appropriate learning and instructional design theories, as well as assistance with technical resources, such as programming and integration of innovative and meaningful academic technologies. UIT Educational & Scholarly Technology Services (ESTS) supervises an active student team, called the AT Fellows, who help faculty make use of available tools in their course and project contexts and who assist UIT staff with school- and university-wide academic technology projects.
