Faculty seeking assistance with instructional software and skills training can seek assistance through the following resources.


University Information Technology (UIT) Training and Documentation Department
http://training.uit.tufts.edu/

Although the UIT Training and Documentation Department primarily trains Central Administration employees, any Tufts University employee, including faculty, can attend courses on a space-available basis. Classes range from beginner to advanced and include Microsoft Office Suite applications and other software.

Information Technology Services (ITS)

ITS provides hands-on training for supported software packages and operating systems for the faculty of the School of Art, Sciences, and Engineering, and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
