We assist faculty and departments with recommendations, information, and research concerning appropriate information and instructional technologies for teaching, learning, and research. Through individual consultations on the specific instructional needs and goals of the faculty, UIT will help connect instructors with appropriate staff and resources or other available Tufts services and academic resource colleagues that will assist in meeting their goals. If an instructor or department has an instructional need that is not yet met by current software or technologies at Tufts, UIT staff will research and recommend instructional technologies for future purchase and use. We will also research software, hardware, and support and maintenance requirements for research goals.
